When Ella came to me for her senior session, one of the things she included in her inquiry form is that she wanted to incorporate "pink" into her session along with some other fun themes.
When we met, we decided upon a pink monochromatic studio session along with many other ideas and I was so excited for it. When the week of her shoot rolled around, we noticed that the Empire Fair was in town and on a whim, decided to "stop" by before our session started. I am so in love with how these images turned out!! How fun are they?!
Afterwards, we proceeded with our session by heading over to the studio as planned! I absolutely love Ella in this set of images as well. Ella is outgoing and fun and this colorful studio session really showed off that part of her personality!
After the gorgeous studio session, our next stop was an industrial parking lot for an edgier look go with her beautiful forest green jumpsuit!
Next, we headed to downtown Sioux Falls for a classical yet sophisticated urban look! I loved the black dress that Ella chose for this part of her senior session and thought it paired perfectly with the tones of the buildings downtown.
After our downtown looks were complete, we headed over to the last portion of our shoot - a glowy, sunset session at Sertoma park in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. These images of Ella are soft and beautiful-- really showing off the gentleness of Ellas personality!
Overall, Ella's senior session this summer is definitely going down as one of my favorite senior sessions... I think EVER! From the beginning, I knew Ella and I would have so much fun creating and bringing to life the looks that we did. Ella, thank you so much for choosing me as your photographer and and I am so honored to be apart of your senior year!
